Pop-up prevented a proper confirmation and ultimately led to a duplicate order being processed. I have contacted the company, and after 24 hrs have yet to hear a response regarding cancelling the duplicate order

Easy to use website and great selection. Only have received emails of unwanted deals. I ordered with the quicker delivery, yet there has been zero update on my order so far. Just want to know what stage it is at currently.

I’m writing to tell you of my disappointment with my dog painting that I recently received (#C351063). I understand that the placement and orientation of the head depends heavily on the photo supplied. However, my painting has a double image of a portion of the baseball bat where it appears to have been copied and pasted but not lined up with the rest of the bat. I don’t believe this had anything to do with the photo I supplied. Since this portion of the photo is about in the middle, it is extremely distracting. I expected better attention to details for this price. Is there anyway to redo the picture and correct the bat?

Almost too easy to use - perhaps make the guidelines for the pet photo more prominent- I found them AFTER placing my order and realised I’ve probably wasted this order and will receive a poor quality image (due to my upload mistake NOT the company) however, could be mitigated if the instructions were clear.

Limited contact - communication improvement is needed or reduce your price to allow for insane delays in products being shipped.

overall website experience no complaints but you send WAY too many spam emails... you already have my money,,,,,

I really want to love the product, but despite paying to have the order expedited, it’s still not here. 🙁
