My experience was great. Whoever I was working with was prompt and kind. I felt as though they really cared about how important my pet is to me and how special it is to find the right photo. They were patient and willing to accommodate my requests.

I bought a portrait of my bro and sis-in-law's ringbearer- their weenie mutt dog Ollie, in the The Admiral setting, and the photo came out incredible. Afterwards I was browsing and discovered there was a way to do multiple dogs, and so I made the purchase of a canvas with my two dogs. I have every faith that it will be incredible.

They have some of the best customer service around! I had trouble getting a good picture of my puppy, but they were patient and worked with me. I can't wait to see the finished product. This is a wonderful company that makes the customer feel like a part of the process.
