very easy ordering process with lots of options. Just hope that I'm able to see the finished product before it is shipped.

I love your products. My decision on which portrait to choose would have been much easier if I could "try out" my picture on various backgrounds. Adding such a feature would help the consumer. Meanwhile, I am looking forward to seeing what your artists do with the photo I submitted with my order.

I would say more iike 4.75 stars! The only thing is that it would be handy if you could easily swap pictures out in the review phase .. maybe a max of 2 swap outs so the artists don't get overloaded. Otherwise this company is so great, and makes for fantastic gifts and hilarious guest room artwork.

Update: Kat at Crown & Paw quickly responded to my concerns and offered to remove the expiry date on my gift card, which took care of my biggest concern which was that my mom might not get around to using her gift in time. Silly me--I forwarded the "card" to her and within a matter of hours she had created her design and sent in her order. She was delighted with the gift and the experience of making a blanket featuring her favorite 3 rescue dogs as The Merchants. Was hoping to get the 20% Mother's Day deal which apparently doesn't work on gift "cards". Gift cards are actually not cards--they are emailed to you. [and then you forward it to the recipient] to my mom, which is not as pretty as an actual certificate or card. They only offer gift cards in standard $25, $50, and $100 denominations. Since many items cost about $60 I had to buy a larger than necessary card so my mom can afford to get what she wants. Lastly--for some reason their gift cards expire, which is weird since I paid for it...Hopefully my mom will use it within a year or I'm out $100. I do think their products are super cute and am sure my mom will love making a portrait of one of her many pets.

Extremely hard to navigate on mobile, used iPhone 8 Plus. The preview pictures on the actual item didn't look particularly detailed. Having all the user photos was super helpful and the filters were easy to use.
