I placed my order over a week ago and still haven't received anything back

I only gave three stars because I haven’t gotten the canvas yet but yes the process was smooth and easy so thank you for that. Can’t wait to get it!!

Edit: after contacting their customer services, i've been able to obtain news and my order is waiting for my approval. Still, it's a very slow process, hopefully i've taken things in hand early on ! ---- Before edit : No news, not even a mail to confirm command. However, money withdraw, for sure. Unbelievable. That's greatly look like a scam even though somebody i know had good feeback. How about all you people take legal actions ?

Photo Directions More specific directions about what is needed from the photo (lighting, angles, etc.) would be helpful. I am hoping this turns out to be a really cool gift, but I am not sure if the quality of my photo fits what is needed to pull that off.

I placed my order and got an email saying an artist would start working on it and I would receive an artwork preview email in 3-4 days. Haven't seen anything yet, so can't really review the quality. It would be nice to be able to mix and match or combine outfits and genders. There were only two choices to 2 male pets, neither of which I wanted. I would have liked to be able to choose a "Light Side" and a "Dark Side" on one canvas. Great idea, tho, and I'm looking forward to seeing the final product.

So I’m on the fence of 3 or 4, I initially made two orders (separately). They were quick as far as getting back with a preview and processing. The previews are amazing. I’m so excited to see them and give them to the people they’re intended for. They both should be arriving any day now. The reason I didn’t give 5 which is what the work you do truly deserves is because I had since made 2 more orders (in one) and I’ve yet to receive any preview of the work or shipping information. It’s been a week or more now and beings as I was promptly charged I feel like I’m in limbo on this one, these are also gifts so I’m obviously eager to receive. But overall I am happy with it.

I placed my order eight days ago and haven't heard anything since, so I'm not sure how to rate. I thought my files were going to be reviewed and you'd let me know if they were okay or not? Because of this delay I'm concerned that this may not be delivered by Christmas.

Everything seems good except that I've now waited over a week for my art approval when I was told I would receive it in a few days. I looked at my progress and it said its only ready to be sent to an artist so I'm a little disappointed.
