Honestly, rather disappointed. The angle of the head does not match the angle of the body so it makes the whole image sloppy. I wish the team would have sent me a note saying ‘hey, this doesn't quite look right’ , sent a picture , and recommended another background, especially since the photo i submitted fit the specifications required.This was a gift for a friend whos dog passed away and the body style just doesn't match with the head. It looks plopped on and sloppy/ heavily pixelated as the angles arent right . I think more interaction before the final product being sent would be helpful, especially since this is a memorial piece. how could you make such a precious beautiful creature looks so uncanny valley?! Not to mention after submitting my review i checked the site to make sure it posted, and found that there is not one review under 4 stars on there. Kind of suspicious.

Customer service is poor and practically non existent. Placed an order in early November. Received a confirmation email and then no further communication. I emailed 3 weeks later to find out status. I received a generic reply back that it should be shipping soon. No further emails or tracking information was sent. I did receive my order a week later. However, the art was very poor. Did not look like my dog, details were added that my dog clearly does not have. Have emailed customer service but received no response.

EDIT: after leaving message on their Facebook page got another “checking on it” reply. Had filed claim with PayPal and the order mysteriously finally arrived. Product nice. Not sure worth the nightmare though. —— Same as what I'm reading below. Placed an order. Payed for expedited service. Now nothing. Only reply to e-mail was that they were checking with appropriate department and would get back to me. Hasn't happened and now when I go to check my order status, it doesn't show my order exists. No one to call, no returned calls from e-mails or using their contact form. calling credit card company now. What a disappointment.

Waiting already 8 weeks.. still didn't receive anything

I ordered a product 2 weeks ago, and so far the only updates I've received are more ads and them asking for a review when they haven't even shipped my order.

So many emails post order!! I am.being asked to rate my experience and review my order, but I havent even recieved it yet.
