While navigating the site from the dropdown menus was simple and easy to use, my feedback is more related to the options in the checkout menu. I was hopeing that while in this menu the site would give me options like cups or pillows as an example at a bundle deal or pre populated with my animals image for ease of purchase. Otherwise I like the site and the pictures of customers animals is a great touch for customer examples! Very respectfully, Gary P.

The website was quick and easy to follow. I haven't received the picture yet so I can not comment on the quality of that. I did not like how they promoted a price of 59.95 but in order to get it by Christmas (it is only December 2nd) you had to pay extra and there was shipping too, so the whole purchase was $90!!!

I've been waiting for the revision update on my order... want to make sure it arrives before Christmas but it's taking a long time to process the revision.

Very easy process and quick turnaround. When alterations were requested by the artist I had hard time submitting additional photos. also no instructions were given when I asked.

The site was easy to navigate but it would have been helpful to see a rough layout of what the item looks like with my pets head/shoulders. It was tough to visualize.

I’m nervous about my order because I don’t feel like there is good communication here. I didn’t get to see a preview of my order, nor have I gotten any type of tracking info yet.

Ordered a few weeks ago, haven’t gotten the preview yet. Website says receive preview in just a few days. Great concept though and I still hope to receive something in the future.

It's been a week since I purchased this product. It has yet to be sent to an artist for rendering of the picture. Very frustrating that I do not have a draft to approve yet, especially since it may need alterations/revisions.
