I was very excited to get the picture, but disappointed with the results. It has the pictures of two of our dogs, and one looks odd. I know we were given tips on taking a good picture, but I really wish we were given a preview first so I could have submitted a different picture. It was pretty pricey, so that makes it even worse.

I think there should be a poster and canvas with the same outfit next to each other to make for easier selection, I honestly only made it to the second page because I didn’t want to go through the rest of the lists, find a outfit then have to go searching for the same outfit but in canvas. If there was a way to select just canvas or poster without seeing all of the selections I must have missed it?

I ordered the product and paid the extra rush charge. I got a confirmation email that my payment had processed, but that was it. Unbeknownst to me, my gf ordered something the same exact day, did not pay the rush charge, and she got a confirmation email, then a production email, and it looks like hers will arrive sooner than mine. I wouldn't know, I got nothing back besides the original payment email and my account just says "confirmed," just like it did the day I put my order in.

Looks perfect other than the fact that one ear is missing!

I placed the order and was never asked to review my piece. I paid for the additional tracking and queue jump in order to receive my print before my wife’s birthday and I’m yet to receive any notifications about my print.

Easy site to us, Photoshop at home would have been cheaper

Still have not received my picture its been 4 weeks the site insinuates it takes 10 days. Every time I email them I get a response which is exactly the same each time. And there is no phone number to call and speak with anyone. I see many people complain about the same thing but have received their pictures and like them. I hope it comes soon or I may contact my credit card company and dispute the payment to them.

The portrait was great however, like everyone else said it took forever to arrive. I had to keep emailing asking where it was because eventually there wasnt even tracking. We ordered it on December 3 and received it January 11th. This was a bit longer than what they predicted. In the future, I would order elsewhere. I dont think the company is prepared to handle many orders at least not with our experience.
