Ich habe fast 100€ bezahlt für etwas das ich nie erhalten werde. Das Paket ist mittlerweile seit 4 Monaten unterwegs. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir versichert, dass ein zweites Paket versendet wird. Ich habe bis heute keine Versandmail erhalten oder Ähnliches. Ich bin enttäuscht und muss nun 4 Monate später ein neues Weihnachtsgeschenk für meinen Vater suchen...

It took weeks to get the "proof" for approval, and getting it required 3 emails. It is nearly impossible to navigate customer service. When we got the proof, it was so horribly executed we just laughed. It looked like something I might have attempted using a phone app. Retry again, and even longer. Finally, I requested to cancel, and they magically charge you $10 for the "artist" time. Bad, bad, bad.

I liked the idea, and photo. But it said a canvas. And it came a sheet of thin paper I could have printed at home. Kind of disappointing considering the price tag. Won’t be buying again. Very unfortunate.

I placed an order prior to Christmas, it's now the 25th of February.. the miscommunication and blatant ignorance of the customer support is what's really shocking. See the below email thread from customer support (these emails are from Feb so I've already been waiting 2 months). (Mon, 15 Feb) Hi Robert, Thank you for your email. We sincerely apologize for the delay. We're glad to inform you that our courier can already send your order to South Africa. Please provide us with your shipping details. We appreciate your patience. Hi Lara, That’s great news! The details are still the same as time of order, nothing has changed. Do you still have these details? Hi Robert, Thanks for your confirmation. I'll send the update to our fulfillment team now. A shipping notification email will be sent to you once the tracking number is available. (Mon, 22 Feb) Hi Lara, I haven’t received any update regarding shipment? (Thurs, 25 Feb) Hi Robert, We just got an update regarding the shipment of your order and we were advised that South Africa is currently disabled for shipping canvas wraps. Unfortunately we do not have any control of this and we are still waiting for an update when it will be available again.

They asked me to review the print. I was not happy with it and asked them to fix it. Now it has been approved and I did not approve it. It is now off at the printers. Not at all happy with the processes so far.

The picture was pixelated and I asked for my money to be refunded because I didn't have a better photo. Then I got a FINAL warning that the order would be processed with the pixelated photo if I didn't upload a better one. I tried to get a better one, but a totally unrelated photo popped up and I couldn't delete it. AGAIN I asked for my money to be refunded. If I get a stupid mug with a picture of a book cover on it, I'm going to take you to small claims court.
