Easy to use site, I wish it showed a sample with the pet photo uploaded for a sample

Good quality. You can easily ask for modifications of your picture if it doesn't suit your expectations. The delivery was waayyy longer than expected, but overall it was really worth it!

I wish they would use a lighter background for black dogs

Our picture turned out nice. It was a bit pricey even with a discount code. There was some confusion as to when everything would be ready which caused a bit of a panic as it was a gift. The website said one thing, follow up emails said another. It all worked out well as the proof and the digital copy came sooner than the follow up email said. Overall, the gift was a bit.

Excited to receive it

Clearly a company for pet/animal lovers, I was disappointed that not all your products were vegan. That being said, I wish you at least made it a bit easier to determine whether or not certain products were vegan. I had to contact directly to get this information (but I did get a speedy reply!)

When placing my order I was at home, viewing the website from my phone. I clicked on “male pet” and picked the “rulers” option. After I placed my order I noticed that this option is a male and female. This was not a glaringly obvious thing, so I didn’t notice before placing the order. As soon as I noticed, I immediately sent an email to see what I could do to correct this and pick another option. I was told that it can be changed, but can’t be changed again and now, since I changed that, I can’t change the photos I picked if they don’t work. It’s one or the other. So I changed it to “Brothers in Arms” because I can’t have one of my boys dressed as a girl, no matter how subtle! I tried clicking on “female pet” just to see what would happen, and the “step brothers” was one of the options, which makes no sense either. Then, I was talking to a coworker about this and pulled up the site on my work computer, and when I clicked on “male pet” the “rulers” one I picked originally wasn’t even an option, and the “brothers in arms” was completely different looking! The one I picked wasn’t even listed! There were also 3 or 4 more options that hadn’t even shown up the day before on my phone! Options that I would have liked MUCH better! This is so frustrating because I’m spending a lot of money here, and I could have gotten something I really liked a lot more if I had been shown all the options. Now I’m stuck with what I felt was the only viable option for two boys, even though it wouldn’t have been my first choice. It still turned out really cute though! I also had to go back and forth a LOT of times to get things tweaked just right by the artist, and it was taking so long between edits (you can only use 50 words or less, so if there are several things you need done, you can’t explain it all in one go) I ended up having to email customer service and have them help me because I was afraid I wouldn’t get it in time for the birthday. I had paid extra to have it expedited, and it ended up still taking a week and a half of editing, so keep that in mind. I am very happy with the final result, but it was a bit of a stressful experience for me. Maybe they could do something to fix the website so that it will work properly with safari, on people’s phones. I do most of my shopping with my phone, and I feel a little cheated by that, but it turned out great!
