Purchase was easy, still waiting for preview though.

The user interface was great, but I ordered weeks ago and still haven’t seen a proof or an explanation of the delay. I’m looking forward to the end product. Hopefully I get it in time for Christmas.

Such a cute idea. The product came in a timely manner and was super easy to order. My complaint is the open space on the canvas above the dogs heads. ... there is essentially 6 to 8 inches of blank canvas above the dogs so it looks out of place. If there was an option to add a name or make the dogs a little bigger, it wouldn't look so bad. I feel like I paid extra for a bigger picture but didn't get the value I paid for. Overall its cute but not worth $100.

One of my artworks (i ordered 2) was ok so i confirmed it the other part of my order was NOT ok. and i asked for it to be re done and offered to send a new pic if needed but i have not gotten a reply or a newly done photo - it has been 14 days. I will see how it looks in person but for now I am kind of disappointed with the experience.

the site is somewhat intuitive however there is no clear filter as results come up. discerning b a make and female dog seemed to have little effect on the returned results. you should also be able to cite the dogs color as some outfits im sure are better suited for a certain color of dog. lastly when uploading the photo -- you shouldn't be limited to just one. what if the photo is horrible. you should add more guidance - more insight into the process ie do you take the photo and do any retouching or the such to ensure that the end result will be great? I just paid $100+ for something that I fear is going to be less than satisfactory given the lack of transparency and photo choice

Overall easy to use. I was nervous that there was no mention of a proof being sent before the canvas is printed.
