Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

To be honest I was very underwhelmed by the quality of the picture they created... it looked nowhere near as good as the examples on the website and looks exactly like they have pasted my cats head onto a blurred torso of a person. Very disappointed...

Still no delivery for what I paid.

The packaging could be better. The poster had a bend mark on the top . I'm guessing from the packages that was sitting on top of it during transportation. Poster of the dog looked great. The bend mark was the issue .

I received an email saying I could take 10% off my first order with the code . Then there was no place to enter the code. I’m hoping you can issue a credit to my credit card equal to the 10% I was supposed to be saving.

The picture quality is great with the exception of the very large scratch. It’s not a blemish, it’s large which makes me wonder why it was sent in this condition. I’ve emailed Customer Service and hope this is addressed ASAP.

I ordered the Young King portrait of my dog and was surprised when it showed up without the crown. I understand if the crown wouldn't fit on my dog's head in the picture I provided (he's a chihuahua who's ears stick straight up) and they needed to adjust, but I would expect someone to reach out to inform me and offer a different picture. Disappointing.

Searching on your website can be frustrating because there are no filters. If I like a few costumes and want to keep looking at them while deciding which one to choose, then I have to keep going to through every page and product type to find then again. A “compare costumes” button would also be help for that. I also would like a “preview” option, so I can see if the picture I selected will look good with the costume because on a few of the costumes, it looks like the head was just cropped on there and it’s not as seamless looking as with other costumes. It’s not cheap, so I want to make sure I’ll love it. (I’m not saying the value isn’t there. This a genius product idea, in my opinion!) But I can preview the family pictures I put on canvases on other websites. You can always put a logo through it like photographers do on their proofs so people don’t try to use the preview pic and not pay for it.

EDITED REVIEW: The customer service at Crown & Paw was very quick to correct these problems for me. They contacted me shortly after I posted my review offering to resolve the issue. I’m now happy with my revised prints. I would consider purchasing again in the future. Thank you! I love the concept of these art pieces & that there are so many options to choose from. However, I feel like the colors & blending between the two photos just don’t make for a smooth transition. It’s obvious that my vibrant, HD photo of dog’s head [not even his neck] was basically just pasted on top of a vintage-style portrait of a human body. Not to mention the proportions are off. I really wanted to love this, I went back and forth for a couple weeks trying to choose which layout I wanted & which of my dog’s photos would work perfectly. I even purchased a second poster for my parents of their dog & got frames made. Unfortunately, I’m just not impressed & for the price I wouldn’t say it’s worth it.
