I’ve received two requests to review my experience, but still have yet to receive an order confirmation via email. Going on a week. Fingers crossed! The order goes smoothly and I can give it 5 stars!

Still have not received a preview after 8 days when it was advertised to take only 3-5 days. I understand it's the holidays, however there has been no communication to let me know it would take longer or what the issue is. I am worried I won't receive my item by Christmas since it is a gift. Just a heads up to others who order around the holidays and that it may take triple the amount of time as advertised.

I love the designs but I wanted a picture of three of my dogs and there is only option to upload 1 picture. Would love an option for multiple

I wish you could submit multiple photos allowing you to select from the best options available. It would also be nice to get a proof before it is made, considering the lead time is a month, you could get something that you aren't happy with and another month to get a replacement. Otherwise the interface was easy to use.

It was rather challenging to pick the image I wanted. I think sun categories would be a great addition to the website as far as choosing the portrait and then what it is to be printed on (I.e. size of the portrait, mug, poster, etc) as opposed to scrolling through multiple pages of images out of “order” and on different settings. I am very excited to see how the portrait turns out!

After I made my purchase I was informed an artist would reach out “in a couple days”. It’s been over ten days with no contact other than sending me these automated “review your experience with us” emails... Would be a little better if I had had an experience to begin with other than paying and not receiving anything? Update: just upgraded to 3 stars. I did finally receive it and it’s fine but communication was poor.

The process is good and I would have given 5 stars, but now I am being flooded with emails and newsletters which is really annoying. Takes the experience down.

I’m still waiting for my review proof. It was supposed to be ready by now. I hope this will be delivered by Christmas.
