Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

This process is way harder than it needs to be I’ve sent almost 10+ photos like I just want a funny picture of my dog this should be that hard for 100$

Scary portrait of my Daughters rabbit. The head looks deformed from the photo I sent in to Crown and Paw.

Ordered my expedited product ($18 extra in shipping costs) 2 weeks ago, still have not received a tracking email or any kind of update. After reaching out to the company they said it was being ready to print... 5 days ago.... still no update email!! I wish I had read the reviews before purchase

This was my second time ordering from you all. The first time was great and I loved both the piece and digital artwork. This time it took me 3 attempts to have my digital work sent to me. In one email, the digital download was for an entirely different order. When I finally received my digital download it has this weird black background, which my 1st order didn’t have. I haven’t seen the canvas yet, hopefully that doesn’t have the black too. Customer service also tried to tell me I lost the email with the digital download because when they looked into their system, they saw the one from my 1st order back in May. Not the one I just placed in August. Unfortunately I’m not impressed, just hopefully that the canvas has the same quality as my other beloved piece.

The pictures of the two dogs were not color corrected to look like they were taken in similar lighting. The female dog's head is much smaller than the male's despite her being twice his size in real life. I could have caught both of these errors if a proof was sent to me for approval before printing. I will not be hanging this on the wall. Overall very disappointing and a waste of money

The picture is okay, but it's so altered it doesn't really look like my dog. I guess i was expecting more from what i saw on your website. Thanks anyway

Shipping was normal. My dogs head looks supper obvious photo shoped. It just looks like it took 10 minutes to do. I wouldn't recommend.

VYou didn’t lay the picture on the canvas straight or the canvas on the frame straight, the right hand top corner has a big black piece on it where the left-hand side is the picture and then where are you fold it over onto the frame you guys could’ve took a little bit more time and patience and did that a little better. For $90 you could’ve took little bit more time on the placement of the canvas. Edit... they did respond to my post and are sending my a new one. Thank you very much.
