I ordered a week ago and have zero updates. I messaged your company today and have yet to hear back. I am really excited about my purchase and would like a little communication.

It has been over a week since I placed my order and the artist hasnt gotten back to me with the poster whereas your website days 5-6 days.

Being asked to review this business when I haven’t even gotten my artwork proof yet. Kind of putting the cart before the horse here....

I wish there was a way to get a general idea of what it would look like without paying upfront; in a very curse way, you could be able to cut out the head and try it on a number of different outfits before choosing and paying such a large price...then have the "design team" make it perfect after choosing.

The experience would be better if we could "try the clothes on" our pets face to see which one we like best.

The communications process is lacking severely. It strikes me as a lack of inter-departmental communication. I went back & forth with both the ordering department & customer service trying to swap out photos of the correct resolution (I could only swap the photo with the issue, not any others on the website). I’d receive automated emails saying my order would proceed as it was if I didn’t respond (despite having responded over 24 hrs prior). In addition, I was simultaneously communicating with customer service to solve the issue while still receiving these automated order emails. Overall a stressful and time consuming ordeal. Hopefully the final product (a gift for my mother) will be worth the wasted time.

Not sure why I’m being asked to give a review, I have not previewed my photo or received product.

I got an email that I would be contacted to review the art in a few days, but the only emails I am getting now are sales emails, daily. I don't even know if I like the product!
