Tried getting my portrait evaluated and modified...received no response...we are now over a week further.

First off the prices are ridiculous, but this was a gift for my mother-in-law and my wife. So I'll take it. The process was far too complicated. The expectations of the photo quality were absurd, and exceptionally unclear. I'm 100% certain I won't be doing this again, or recommending it to anyone else.

Not happy with the artwork. Decided to cancel the order. Stated this to crown and paw a week ago. Got a message today that my order is shipped. I don’t want it and want a refund.

Didnt listen to anything I wanted and kept sending me the same painting after I said I didn’t like it. I asked them to change it four times before I canceled and then the customer service rep that responded to my canceling wasn’t helpful and told me I would get charged 10 dollars because of canceling

I placed my order on 4/10, and added the $18 "skip the line" fee so that the gift could get to my son for his birthday and before he moves. I was hoping that the package would arrive by today. Looking on the website, no movement, even though I approved the artwork the same day as I ordered. The order is not even printed. I have contacted Crown and Paw, no response. If I hear nothing from them in the next day or do I am contacting my credit card company and reversing the charges. This is ridiculous.

Its been 2 weeks and my order still hasn't shown up. I feel like the delivery process could be better.

When I received the draft to review I was hugely disappointed - it looked like someone had simply cut and paste the photo...it was just awful. When I provided feedback, rather than apologising they sent me an automated email telling me to choose a new artist, submit a new photo or pay a cancellation fee! I followed up on this and they gave exactly the same response again. Given the price point and this was their erro, this would not be the response nor the quality of service I would have expected. I ended up cancelling my order and going with an alternative company who provided a much better quality or product and service and were also cheaper. My advice, avoid this company as there are plenty of better alternatives our there.

If you do not like the first result DO NOT ASK THEM TO REVISE. Simply cancel your order and run. If you try to give the artist the chance to make it right, then you are no longer going to get a full refund because it’s outside of their 24 hour refund period. I wanted three portraits for each of my dogs, two are elderly and I wanted to have something prepared to remember them by that made me smile. The results I got did not look like the examples on their website but more like a photoshop job I could have gotten a high schooler to do for free. I tried to ask for a revision to get the quality of the samples of the site, if anything the next result came back worse. Was there something I could do? Did I need better pictures? Does the artist even understand you or speak your language? Who knows because the artist doesn’t say anything to you! When I told my husband I wanted these, he dismissed me and told me I could go on Reddit and ask someone to do this for free. I blew him off because I wanted a physical product of quality. This isn’t that and I’m pretty embarrassed that he was right.
