Plenty of emails but you've overshot your estimated time for the preview by several days. Plus, you ran a sale 2 days after I bought a print so I'm a little bitter about that🤦🏻

I've only just ordered, so waiting to review once I review order and receive it.

I'm excited to receive the portraits I ordered and I think they'll make great gifts. However, it's been more than 5 days since I ordered them and I've received no confirmation that they're in progress, which makes me wonder if they'll arrive on time.

Since submitting my request, I haven't heard anything about the progress.

I haven’t yet seen preview of my picture and yet had to pay upfront 🤞it’s quick as meant to be Xmas pressies !!

Since I have not received the product yet, I really can't give a true review. The site was easy to manage and the order was easy to place. I'm still waiting for a preview, though. The email said usually by 6 days but it's been over a week. Hopefully I get to see my preview soon.

I’m just a little confused ; I thought I was going to receive an email with a “proof” of my order. I’d rather wait until I have the order in my hands before I rate my experience. But so far , so good.
