So far I haven’t received an email to review this picture I ordered and when I contacted the company, I never received a response. I ordered 8 days ago.

I havent received any communication since placing my order on 11/28/20.

Been waiting long than expected for picture

Placed order, email to confirm stating we would be able to review artwork within 2-3 days. Nothing received within 7days.

First order went well 2nd and 3rd I had to email for updates and prod for progress. Hoping orders 2&3 arrive before Christmas however communication and customer service is lacking.

I was supposes to receive my sample picture in 2-3 days but it's been a week and I haven't heard anything.

The buying experience was easy but there has been a delay in seeing the proof of the product and little communication about the status of my order.

So far it's been 7 days since ordering, and I have yet to receive a preview of the artwork. I understand with increased volumes of orders this time of year, things can take longer, but they're order tracker won't even function for me. It states my order # doesn't exist.
