I really enjoy the pictures. I do have one complaint. I asked for my order number to review my artwork, and nobody ever got back to me. I sent out 2 emails with no response. Other then that this is my second year purchasing from them. I will most likely come back next year , if this picture comes in good.

Site was easy to use. I had no problem adding the photo to use. Only reason I did not give this experience 5 stars was because the 10% off code given to me in my last order (Nov 25) would not be accepted. I even tried to copy and paste the code and rewrite it multiple times with changing letters and numbers. I was within the 2 week time frame that I could use the coupon code, but it was not accepted.

I ran into trouble placing my order. My credit card kept getting rejected. I texted back & forth with a customer service rep or reps for several hours, but they couldn't figure out the problem. (The card was working fine for other purchases.) Finally I called my bank, who told me they automatically reject any charge from outside the country. I had no idea that this company was located in a different country! I had to request that my bank temporarily lift the block and was then able to place my order successfully. Perhaps you could add this solution to your troubleshooting list for future customers?

Fairly easy to navigate site.

Website was easy to use. I am so happy with the choice I made but I kind of wish I could have tried out different looks.

It was lovely, I hope. We shall see how it comes. My gift card did not work, but I fault visa more than your company. I am awaiting the confirmation that the photo I picked was ok. I am so excited for my order to come!

It was pretty simple set up but along the way there were questions that came up I couldn’t find answers too- then revived a text from customer service and she gave me some info but didn’t answer questions although she said she was a real person - excited to see the second part of the journey with crown n paw
