Not very mobile friendly, every time I used the filter, it didn’t refine what I’m doing. It would be great if I could get the picture approved, then try on different outfit/background selections before making a final decision. Unfortunately our pet was murdered last year and we have only a few pictures to work by. Thank you for this gift opportunity for my boyfriend.

It was very easy to process and I love the designs. But I was prompted 3 different times to pay extra to “skip the line.” Even when I chose that option the first time around it still prompted me even though I already clicked it and it was added to my bill. Just seems shady to me

Overall the site is very easy to use and clear. The only problem I had is I would’ve liked to have seen a preview of the picture with the headshot that I sent. Because then I would’ve immediately uploaded a different picture

The Billing Address and Shipping address were incorrect and I can't correct it. I don't what this to slow down my order.

Hi William, thanks for letting us know about this! I'd like to inform you that you can change the shipping address of your order via your dashboard by entering your order number and email address. Note that the billing address cannot be changed once the order is placed however, no need to worry as the correct shipping address is the most important for your order to be delivered. Also, I have sent an email to confirm your shipping address and would appreciate hearing back from you at your earliest convenience should you have any issues logging in to your dashboard. Thank you!

Would give this 5 stars, but was creeped out by the fact that they try to force you to pay $10 to "skip the queue" while you are checking out, then they try to get you to pay for it _after_ you checkout, and then if you say no both times, they offer it for $7.50. Is it $10 or is it $7.50? And why should I have to pay for the fact that you don't have adequate staff to meet demand? Why should I support a bad business model? Just sleazy and low class.

Hey Paul, sorry to hear that you were put off by our queue jump add-on service. We offer to skip queue a bit of a 'VIP' service where your order starts being worked on by our art team within hours (sometimes minutes) of you placing it. I want to reassure you that we absolutely do have adequate staff to meet demand. We just know from customer feedback in the past that some people often order last-minute gifts and have had requests for queue jump in the past, so this option is offered to cater to them. Totally understand though that this is not of any interest to you, and other than that, I'm glad you enjoyed the very of the experience so far!

It would be nice to get the discount promised upon sign in, Im not that worried about $4 to $10 dollars hear and there, but that might be a deal breaker to some , be careful. Love the product!
