The website was easy to navigate but I'm still waiting on an email showing what the actual print will look like and any shipping information.

Ordered for Father's Day and even paid extra for it to be expedited. Now it is the day before Father's Day and it is not even printed, let alone shipped. It will probably arrive a week late. Took 4 drafts to get it right. I have yet to see the final result but they disappointed me terribly with turn around time.

Did not ship when it said it would and will not receive in time to frame for Father’s Day. Ordered in plenty of time. Very disappointing. Especially when this is using digital technology to put dog heads on a digital image. Will not order from again. For the price it’s way too much for some photoshop.

Review of artwork is cumbersome - link makes you think you can review artwork but to do so you need order number which is not (or at least not readily apparent) on review email. Also annoying is that after approving artwork customer is asked again to tip (no tip isn’t a clear option) and to pay to expedite order - both of which I had done at time of order. I did tip again - and now I have a new order number (why?) and so it is now unclear if my prior payment for expedited order is still in place. While I’ve ordered previously, I very likely will not order again. Too bad. Product is good but you need to work on communication with customer.

Loved the very first pictures I received last year. Decided to get 2 more for my office. These I just received are very poor quality, blurry, and off center. I’m very disappointed how these turned out this time and I used the exact same pictures as before.

I have bought a number of items from Crown and Paw, including a wonderful large portrait with the special frame. The quality of their products is absolutely the best and I would never go anywhere else. But the cheesy wording and corney attempts to get the customer to upgrade are offensive.

I didn’t hear back after a revision. Communication could definitely be better.

Dont order from this company I placed my order well in advance it also said order now and get before mothers day. I got to preview my artwork and approve it than never got an update of when it was being shipped I emailed them and asked and they said it was being shipped as we speak 2 days go by and nothing so I emailed again and I get oh it looks like it will be shipped on the 9-13th. Don't say you will be getting a gift before mothersday when that is not the case. Now my gift will be late and my mom will no longer be in town visiting.
