Still waiting to review my submission after a week.

Beautiful artwork. Terrible construction. The frame got disconnected from the print within minutes :(

Still waiting for my preview

The process was easy, the product was printed well and the image was flawless BUT the stitching on the pillow was terrible. There were several places that the stitching was completely falling apart and holes were formed in the bottom seam before it was even out of the original packaging. Very frustrating considering the price of the product I expected better

It’s been a week and I haven’t received a preview, but it was overall easy to use the website.

I placed my order 1 week ago, and purchased an additional option to guarantee delivery within 3 weeks. In the confirmation email, it said I'd be able to see the mock ups of the order before they get printed within a few days. To date, I've received 3 emails outside of the order confirmation, and they have all been marketing. I haven't received the email yet to review the mock ups. I'm starting to get nervous about whether or not my order will arrive before Christmas, given the challenges around shipping this year. I'm excited to get my order, I think this is a cute concept. I'm finding the amount of marketing overwhelming at this point, since I haven't even been provided with the mockups on my order yet.

I've yet to receive a proof for approval, waiting to see how it will turn out. You've sent me 2 requests for reviews but no work to show for it yet.

So far so good.
