Website is easy to use, great choice of pictures and design process is super quick and responsive. Found out after ordering that goods were actually shipped from the USA to the UK (newsletters have a UK address on them so I thought there was a European base as well). Items are shipped as they are made so shipped separately. Thankfully it seems it went through UK customs with no added fees. It took about 3 weeks from order date to final item being received. Ordered a cushion - quality of cushion is OK - it's not a pillowcase but all sewn up so can't be washed. Also dog picture looks a bit pixelated/blown up but it's a fun item. Also ordered a mug. Image placement is poor (odd spacing and a lot of white space) and it looks quite cheap like a promotional item rather than something you'll want to keep. Feel like I've been a bit fooled by some very clever Instagram marketing and snazzy advertisement. Maybe the prints are better will probably look elsewhere if I want to repeat the experience.

Very unhappy with the print. Very dark, poor quality, hard to see. This was supposed to be a gift (and an expensive one) for my sister who just lost her cat. I don't think I will even be able to give it to her. Not even close to what is advertised on the site.

Very confusing. Did not get to preview before prompted to pay. Going into this blindly. It’s a birthday present for my hubby. Hope I can get urn it if it doesn’t look good.

crown and paw makes A LOT of promises on their website regarding shipping. I had the print submitted on Monday and made revisions, made a change and approved that change on Tuesday morning and then waited....and waited....and waited. Each day checking the status which read (approved by customer) but not sent to print.FINALLY on Saturday I sent them an email and later that day received an email saying great news! Your order is being shipped! According to their website after I approved it it should have been sent to print one to two days after but wasn’t. Also their website states if they don’t hear from you they will automatically print it in three days or 72 hours both of those timelines happened and passed. According to my records it didn’t even get printed until Saturday When I sent my reminder email and was immediately shipped on Sunday and probably won’t make it here for my husband‘s birthday on Wednesday so the long and the short of this cautionary tale is don’t believe they’re shipping estimates on their website. And don’t be afraid to check in with them because clearly my print was put in the circular file and not looked at again until I raised the question of where it was and when will it would be printed and shipped (because I followed through on my end paying $130, approving prints, making changes, getting it submitted on time) but sadly crown and Papa couldn’t follow their own timeline. So if you’re purchasing a print as an endearing I love you for your loved one for the holidays or a birthday. Just be aware this is not Amazon you’re dealing with. The communication and follow through was spotty at best. I will follow up on this review and update it when I do receive the print. To be honest I doubt they will use this review. Because who wants to tarnish a five star rating on their own website?

This may change later, as I have not actually received my artwork. In fact, the reason for the review right now is because I haven’t even received my preview to approve. While 1-2 days was stated, I have been waiting over a week and it still says that it’s “with an artist” and no preview is available. I was thinking of ordering a handful more, but will probably not considering how behind they seem to be. Which would be fine if it was made clear somewhere that they would be taking longer than usual, but that is not the case. Disappointed, hopefully the artwork eventually makes up for it.

I have tried to reach out for revisions to one of my items and haven't heard back? So I'm very unsure of where to go from here. I emailed and also submitted revisions??

I wouldn’t recommend the mug. The picture takes up one side & then a weird color wraps around another third of the mug. A waste of $40. Now I have to find another gift to give someone. The actual image of the pets was edited beautifully. The execution onto the mug does not look nice.
