Within a couple days of posting my review, customer service reached out and requested photos of the damage. I sent the photos over and a representative immediately started processing for a replacement. The representative emailed me updates every step of the way until I received the portrait. They handled the issue in a professional manner and I am pleased with the outcome. The finished product looked incredible and I was extremely happy until I noticed the canvas' corners were scuffed. This was largely due to how terrible the product was packaged. The canvas was placed into a sleeve of plastic and then loosely placed into a thin cardboard box with no additional bubble wrap or tissue to protect it. I understand how items can be mishandled during the shipping process but it could have been avoided by going one-step further with the packaging process. Again, no complaints about the finished product but when you are paying $100+ for and item, you expect it to be properly protected when prepared for shipping. Every level of service was great except for getting the product undamaged to the customer.

Ordered a poster for my sisters bday. Wasn't as expected as first but due to my poor photo choice and once they revised it with better photos it was perfect. Looks great. They were super easy to work with and it ended up being the perfect gift
