Beautifully funny and great quality!
I ordered a portrait for my boyfriend's dog that passed away recently. I paid extra to jump the queue and the initial process was very quick, with my artwork being approved within 2 days of getting the initial mock up and after 1 revision. Once approved I was given an estimated shipping time. That time came and went without being updated again, so I reached out to the support team. Within a few days, they went ahead and refunded me the extra $$ for expedited shipping and eventually let me know that my portrait was already in transit. I received the framed canvas product yesterday and it is just perfect. Very happy with the product and customer service, despite the hiccup with the shipping and relevant updates on the website.
