I'm really happy to order with you but... i wait since two weeks now to see the result... it's really a long process that i didn't expect because it was suppose to take 3-4 days when i ordered it !

6 days later - no artist proof. It's been interesting; overall the process to order was easy and enjoyable. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting on a proof. They seem to not have any issues sending me deal and offer emails out the wazoo.

Ordered a blanket for my family. It said I would be able to review and approve the design in 5-6 days. It’s almost been 10 and I have not heard anything yet. Maybe the blanket will be amazing but at this point I am frustrated with the misleading timeline and lack of communication.

It’s been a week since I submitted my order and I have not received anything to review prior to production and shipping.

The reason for three stars is because I'm waiting for my proof and it's been over a week.

The website was fairly easy to use, search feature was good, and picture upload was easy. My main complaint was after placing the order it kind of crashed and I wasn’t sure if the order went through. Thankfully my confirmation email came through, but I could easily see someone hitting refresh and accidentally ordering twice. The post order page for me, when it finally loaded, is just blank white until the footer.

Hi I submitted a picture and ordered it but never got a review or update on how it looks or when it’s going to be ready.

I placed my order about a week ago and thought the next step would be that I see a proof before the mug gets made, but haven’t haven’t see that proof yet. I did get the email asking for a review of the services so maybe something in the timing just needs to be worked out.
