I couldn't apply the 30% discount code on my order

This company has zero customer service support.

I was not able to successfully enter my credit card information without my card being declined. It was only after paying through pay pal did my order go through. As a result, my card was flagged for fraudulent activity which was very inconvenient. I’m really hoping my dad enjoys this gift though!

I ordered over a week ago And have still not been sent proofs ! So Not impressed so far

So far they sent me a preview which had two of the same dog instead of one of each dog. It’s probably just miscommunication/misunderstanding but so far I’ve been waiting well over a week for the revised picture with no contact and starting to get worried it won’t arrive in time. Not the service I was expecting from something that cost me £50! Edit - it’s just a picture. Everywhere on their videos it was a canvas! I was under the impression it would be a canvas. All that money for a picture!

There seems to be issues with actually shipping the product. I was happy with the quick turn around to review the product- it says it has shipped, but when you track it- USPS has yet to receive the package and I find that super suspicious for such as spendy gift.

I am giving a 3 because I have not received my order yet....customer service had been great up until communication needed after approval of canvas. Now I am waiting to hear when item is complete and shipping. This is frustrating because there has been nothing. The print is a Christmas gift. I have received 4 emails about writing a review and 0 about the status of my order. I will review again after I get my item.

I opened the package to find my 14x14 throw pillow already losing cotton through the stitching at the bottom and other cotton strewn over the rest of the pillow. Disappointing manufacturing for a $60 pillow
