I asked 3 times for a revision, never got it. Nobody ever replied to my inquiries. I finally gave up. Now I got the picture after over 5 weeks. Very bad service guys.

Placed my order for June 7 2021. Accepted the revisions for the photo submitted new ones June 7 2021. June 12 2021 approved the artwork. June 14 2021 received an email to write a review, before getting the product. Specifically ordered for Fathers Day. Even used a Fathers Day discount, only to have nothing by Fathers Day. what a joke.

I’ve not received it. It’s the second order in a year where the production and shipping times do not match what are set forth and paid for in the beginning. I was hoping the first incorrect order was a fluke but clearly, it’s not.

The first approval was wrong outfit, the. A few days later correct outfit but now it’s 3 weeks since I ordered it and it still hasn’t been printed yet.

I have 6 pets. I ordered 6 portraits. One of my portraits was delivered and it is not a wrap around canvas while the others all are! I reached out to see if I could get a replacement. Crown and Paw didn’t respond for 3 weeks. I reached out to a specific email I had based on when I was editing a portrait. Got a response and approved the replacement artwork. Received my fixed portrait in the mail. They super sized everything skewing the proportions on the actual canvas. One pet’s head is twice the size of all 5 other canvases that I have. So much for a gallery wall. Both look ridiculous. Reached out again and apparently I’ve hit my “help” limit. Sure, I approved the artwork but the printing team has no checks or balances. Don’t try to get more than one portrait and good luck if they make an error.
