Still don’t know the status of my order after a week.

I think the site itself looks really cool and I like the options available but while I understand probably why you do this I don’t like paying for something before I can see how it looks. Also the turn around time makes it really difficult to plan for a gift.

I had to use my phone to access pictures. It was not working on my computer.

It’s been a week since I ordered (and paid for expedited processing) and I still don’t have a proof of my portrait. Don’t buy this if you’re trying to get something in time for a holiday gift.

Didn’t feel very user friendly. The wording was weird on the checkout screen making it confusing to know what I needed to press next to continue.

Customer Service was great and helpful but I got the artists preview and I thought it was all drawn / looked like a painting whereas the preview I got literally looked like they cut the pictures of the dog faces and photoshopped it onto the painting

Like a few others on here, I'm hoping that my final review will change but I feel obliged to post so others are aware before ordering. This is a really cool product idea and one that I was really excited to order for my partner's Christmas present but the timelines conveyed when ordering are really misleading. Perhaps their very active marketing campaign has caused a surge in orders! A first proof was promised within 2 - 3 days, but I ordered on 22nd November and am still to receive a proof. To their credit, customer service did respond to my query but with a vague answer saying the first draft had to be sent back to the artist and I'd receive the proof soon. That was 1 week ago and I'm still waiting...I really hope the end product is worth the wait! Something to bear in mind that if you're going to send daily offer emails, it might be worth delivering on the time promises made when customers place their orders! [Update] I've received my artwork review after 2 weeks! The artwork looks great and I'm really excited to see it in real life. But I'm leaving the above review, just so others who might be wanting to order a Christmas present from here know to expect some delay!
