Ordered a portrait on 16th July for…
Ordered a portrait on 16th July for birthday present for 1st August, took money but not contact since. Used web site to request an update and status on the order - twice. Zero response both occasions, didn’t even confirm portrait or send sample of what picture will look like yet - happy to take the £87 fast enough or Dollars as they seem based in Houston but money on bank account shows they may be based in Leeds ???- I feel I have been scammed by these silent thieves. Rubbish service, rubbish customer service - just pure rubbish
