Cart didn't appear to give me the advertised 30% off. I still purchased because I had coupons from Honey and I've been wanting a canvas for a while

Your website is easy to use and is in no way laggy. Purchases aren't that complicated and being able to add a description for our order was handy. The option to flither was useful to find the right one for our furry friend. All around good website. With good reviews. Keep up the good work and I'm soooo exited for my order to arrive.

The quality and product itself are amazing. But during the review of the image before it goes to print, I wrote a couple concerns and reached out for suggestions and no one responded to me and no changes were made to the image.

Purchased a gift card for a friend who lost her 15 year old pup. I wish there was a way to actually SEND them the card or cert via email. I believe that would make the experience have more impact. I do appreciate the option to purchase the file. The image y'all created of my little boy will be our holiday card.

The site is easy to navigate. The filters are very helpful. When I put something in the cart, I saw my photo next to the canvas and it helped me decide what would work and what wouldn't. Maybe you could add a page where the user could "try on" different portraits next to the photograph before adding something to the cart.
