I orderd my picture 1 week ago, and have not received any previewd photo of the picture yet. On the webside it sais 2-3 days. Not happy about that and therefor i give 2 stars.

One week past and still no preview, says 2-3 days, but not quite...

It’s been almost a week and I haven’t heard anything back

Your policy states that you can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. However, there is no option to do so. I'm going through customer service, who won't be answering emails until Monday, which puts me out of my window. Also, as someone who builds websites, the sizing on your canvases is not appropriate AI. The sizes read (left to right): smallest, largest, medium. They should really read smallest to largest. This is how I ordered the incorrect size by mistake.

The website itself looks a little suspicious and the fact that it was an international transaction made me very nervous.

I’m not receiving any response to my emails when I respond to the email stating there is an issue with my order. I’ve received multiple emails and responded to them as it says to do in the email.

The site was easy to use. I was very impressed with the variety of images to choose from and the different products available to have your pets face superimposed, however I was disappointed in the quality. I was under the impression that artists were going to render my pets faces on human bodies but in reality all they did was cut and paste my pets photo that I provided on an illustration. The use of mixed media in the final product screams cheap and does not give the promised effect. They promise capturing my pets personality and turning it into art but really they have done nothing more what than a 5th grader can do with access to photoshop. Save your money and get find a relative who has photoshop or Lightroom to get the same product.

It’s important to preface this review with the fact that I received an email prompting me to leave a review when I haven’t even received a proof of the piece I’ve purchased. It’s been a full week since I placed my order and I’ve received no communication other than the canned “we received your order “ email. I sent an email requesting an update and haven’t received a response, that email was sent earlier today. I’m hoping that Crown and Paw does some service recovery with me. At that point I’ll update my review for better or for worse.
