There were lots of pics of the portrait next to the actual pet, but the portraits themselves were rather small. It was hard to get an idea of the quality. Also it would be nice to clearly see that the portrai if mirrorable if your animal is facing the opposite direction than what is shown.

I wished I could enlarge the picture on my phone so I could see the details of the outfits. The first picture I submitted was to pixelated. I submitted a second picture was never assured that the second picture was uploaded correctly and will be used as my choice. I can only hope that it is because this is a gift.

The site was very easy to navigate, and I had no issues placing my orders. When I had trouble getting a confirmation for one of my orders, the staff were on it right away, and the order was tracked/confirmation sent immediately. I look forward to seeing my orders, and suspect they will be as nice as they appear to be online. A very unique gift idea indeed!
