I wanted to see how the image I used looked before buying. I understand you have to protect copywrite and/or screenshots, but the image could have a water stamp, logo or copywrite image emblazed across the photo to protect your interest. I didn't like just having to trust or hope it looks right or the image fit nicely. At least offer online chat with a rep to offer suggestions or help with using an appropriate sized/angled image.

The picture itself is awesome!! Unfortunately it was printed upside down or the hangers were placed on the wrong end. I reached out to ask if it could be reprinted but I haven’t heard back

It was a bit hard to navigate the website. I couldn’t find a way to edit an order in my cart so I ended up just deleting it and rebuilding the order. It was also difficult to go back to the main page after viewing the cart. I was on iPhone safari browser via an Instagram link though

Slightly disappointed in the time of ordering, ordered a week ago, no proofs yet of products. I even paid the extra to jump the que . I hope the products are worth the wait.

Unfortunately,I have not yet received the preview to approve after the time originally stated. I did pay the additional fee in the hopes that this project will be ready in time to be a Christmas. The pandemic is, I'm sure, affecting your business and time line and I completely understand. Just really hoping to have this by Christmas :)

I placed my order a week ago and maybe I’m being impatient but the reviews were so good and I was so excited, but I still haven’t heard anything. I know yah’ll are probably busy and I probably just had my hopes up too high, but I’m kinda let down so far. Hopefully I’ll hear something soon.
