My order confirmation indicated my preview would be available in 2-3 days. 8 days later I’ve only received promotional email. Still no preview and log in does not work. Disappointed so far.

The art was a bit disappointing to be honest. It looks much more like a poorly-photoshopped digital piece than a painting (like guys the lighting is still off come on). Still a good laugh, but real disappointed, especially for the price and such a well-designed website (shoutout your web designer).

Very speedy professional service but quality when picture arrived was poor, contacted customer services & have had no response to date.

Ordered over a week ago, still no news despite being told it would take 3 days maximum. Emailed over the weekend and got a quick reply but not very much help. Wouldn't tell me when to expect an update, just said it's on its way. So disappointed, especially as I ordered with plenty of time until Christmas. Looks like I'll have to find another gift...

Seems C+P is overwhelmed. We are waiting on artists after 6 days from ordering. I am hopeful the end result will be worthy and perhaps arrive before Christmas 🎄

I ordered a print the beginning of November 2020. The proof came for approval and the color of the cat was wrong. The cat is a mink color and the proof had the cat orange! I rejected the proof and I've heard nothing back for 3 weeks. I wanted this gift for Christmas but at this rate won't receive it. Very disappointed in the proof and lack of follow-up.would not recommend this site.

While unlimited review of the art is nice The initial artwork was abysmal and looked like they just cropped the photos onto the painting whereas in the advertisement it shows them being carefully photoshopped in with minimal contrast between the 2 images

Tentative review. It’s been a week and have yet to receive any sort of preview of the work yet the email states 2-3 day turnaround. Website was easy to use but at the moment I’m very disappointed in the support.
