Easy to navigate and lots of options!! One thing I would change though is when logging in, it would be nice to have a username/email and a password instead of an order number, so all orders are under one account (instead of logging out and logging back in to view another order).

I didn’t love how our dog’s head looked/fit the body in the preview. They modified it and it was a little better. I submitted a new photo with more light on the dog’s face and the preview looked perfect. Crown and Paw were patient, hardworking and quick with the delivery of the new pic preview.
