Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

I placed my order - just short of $100 when taxes & shipping added 9”on 100% blind faith. There appears to be no way to try out various pictures of my dog to see which would work best with the character/profession chosen. There were so many military options but no marine uniform. I looked very carefully. Bummer. I have two people that I would have used this site for gifts if Marine uniform was option. Hoping chef works out for picture I attached.

Well..I haven't seen my picture yet but you are asking for a review. Pretty hard to do that. I've emailed asking for an update but got no reply except to ask me to review my customer experience. I would love to say it's fabulous but...I dont know yet..sorry. Update: finally got my preview on Dec 21st. Approved it after a bit of adjustment and it should be here 24th. Fingers crossed will update when I see it.

I don't feel like I should write a review since I don't have my product yet. However, it has been a week since I submitted my order and still have not received the preview of my canvas (it said 72 hours, then 4-6 days). I know it's a busy time, I'm just hoping my order did not get lost. Other than that, I have heard great things about the end result.

I have 3 minor complaints. It took forever the get the artist review. Its a little on the expensive side in my opinion. One of the portraits was delivered today with minor damage. There were rub marks were I had to use a black paint pen to touch it up. For 60 bucks I shouldn't have to touch it up.

It was frustrating after putting the photos in not to see an example of how it would look. I place the order in blind faith that the pictures work.

I have not received my drawing and it’s been a week.

I placed my order 12/1, it’s now the 9th and I haven’t gotten an email yet to review my photo product I ordered. when I placed order it stated I would have a “proof” to review within 5-7 days. The website is great, but seems I may not have this item in time for Christmas.

Great concept and the site was easy to navigate and checkout was quick. However, the format of the picture was a bit of a pain. There was no option to select a photo from your camera roll. I don't have instagram or social media so I wasn't able to access through those options. I ended up having to set up a google photos account, which just took a few extra steps and additional effort. Not a HUGE deal because I really wanted this item, but I could see this deterring others from ordering
