First proof looked like the head of my animal was cut and pasted onto body selected. Something my young children are capable of doing. Head did not blend in at all. I asked if another picture was needed that may work better; no response. Still waiting... Not impressed. Definitely not as good as the “sample images” I see posted on their website.

Was charged full amount even though I used a discount code that was confirmed. Now having to speak to customer service on a partial refund. Must be a glitch where discount is removed when putting in credit card information.

The website was fine. Took me a while to find puzzles, but I got there. But, I HATE these emails asking me to rate you. It's annoying to me, and it makes your company seem insecure. I hate hate hate it. Please stop begging for positive feedback.

We ordered this over a week ago and have no indication of when we will be getting a prelim view of the product. There is no method to ask questions. Excited to see the product but was hoping to discuss with artist and there is no method to do this.

I have sent emails, giving my cell phone, to discuss problems and there is no customer service. I need help with an order and am getting nowhere.

I placed an order on 11/22 and though I get emails every day encouraging me to place an order, I haven't gotten the preview of the item I ordered nor any sort of "your preview is coming" communication (apart from THE DAY I ORDERED). I've also been asked, twice, to review the company, so all I can say is so far the experience has been poor.

A glitch on the website wouldn’t allow me to pay with the card I wanted to pay with. The error message received said that the zip codes did not match. They did.
