While I understand that it is the holidays and there will obviously be a big uptick in business I submitted my order on December 3, within 24 hours my photo was approved. This was pleasantly surprising but I did pay for express processing. Since then, for a full week ot has been "ready to send to artist". While I do not expect it to be done and processed by the artist immediately as I know mine is not the only order, I don't understand why it has been ready for a week to send to the artist and hasn't gone to the next step.

Did not saw the final product yet and nobody answers me when I write an email

Its been over the 6 days since I ordered and still have not received my preview so im a little concerned it won't be here for Christmas

Order was placed on 12/2/20. I still have not heard back from an artist with a proof of the artwork. I'm hopeful I will be hearing from someone soon and my item will be able to ship out before Christmas. If not, I would still like to go ahead with the purchase of this item. I realize the shipping season and COVID are most likely causing delays.

Haven’t received any update as to the status of my product in weeks. Not good enough.

More than 10 days after my order and I still haven't seen a sketch of the design. I hope it my order will arrive before Christmas otherwise it won't be any use.

if you'd like a more detailed and honest review, perhaps you should program the site to ask me for one after i receive the product.

Loved the product review (yet to receive the actual product as of yet). Unfortunately, once approval is made, timeframes were/are not communicated as transparently as I would normally expect
