There is no customer service number to call. You asked me for another picture and I accidently added the wrong picture but the system didn't let me change it. I than sent a message to your notification email address that had sent me a message and never got an answer. I am still waiting for the artist to finish up the pictures for my final approval and I hope I can change the picture at that time.

I tried ordering about 5 times before I was able to. It wouldn't let me upload a picture. I gave up several times then I would see it on her wish list and try again. Also, after I ordered a canvas, the website showed me other products like pillows that I could've ordered instead

I haven’t received my product yet but the reason I’m giving a 2 star is because I also haven’t heard anything regarding my order. I sent an email asking about it and also have not received any response from that. So I’m pretty disappointed that at this point I have no idea if my order is going to make it to me by Christmas. Also hate not being able to contact a physical person to ask my questions and get quick answers!

I ordered something from them and I am supposed to approve the photo and that has not happened in a week. I have no idea where anything is in the process.

I keep trying to get in touch with these people and they will never respond. I have been billed for something but have no idea if they are doing it. They are suppose to send a proof and have not yet. I’ve sent numerous emails because there is no way to call. They won’t answer me. Very frustrating because it is a Christmas present and if they aren’t doing it I am wanting to look for another company that does.

I’m still waiting for preview so of both my order so can’t give much for a review good or bad !

I was told I would receive a preview of my purchase. I never received one, but I have received two or more emails a day about buying more products. I would like to know how the first one looks. Thanks.
