Do not recommend. Use any of the many other websites that provide similar products. I am a 3rd time repeat customer. I ordered a 3rd canvas but accidentally selected poster. Upon realizing my mistake, I reached out to customer service ASAP to see if they could work with me to get the right product. They refused. It wasn't until after weeks of back and forth with them that I finally got a small discount code. I still had to pay for shipping and the majority of the corrected product. Not very good customer service for a 3peat customer. I will not be using them in the future.

I ordered a painting, when I received the first review the quality was bad (basically the picture of the face of my dog put on a painting). I am on my 4th review and I jeep receiving the exact same work. I’ve been trying to reach you for this problem but no answer

Not worth it. Ordered a canvas and the quality is terrible (doesn't look like the preview they show you beforehand). And they let you put in revision requests, but no matter how many times you put one in, they don't actually revise anything. Customer service is terrible too. They just pretend to want to help and then ignore you. They're definitely trying to drown out bad reviews by mass posting fake good ones here. Trust the bad reviews you guys!!!

Do NOT use Crown&Paw. I saw that they had a bunch of great reviews and so I decided on them for a birthday present for a family member's dog who has cancer. But the whole process was a nightmare from the beginning. Like other custom pet businesses, they give you the option to "request revisions." The artwork I initially received was ok but there were a few things I wanted revised. It took FOUR days for them to (I kid you not) JUST put a selfie filter on the artwork. It was obvious as my dog's eyes were very cloudy, I asked for some white hair to be reduced but they weren't & actually looked even brighter, etc. Yes, none of the request I made were fixed. I was confused/baffled but instead of sending another request and probably being ignored again, I tried contacting the support team. You'd think the artists who do your artwork wouldn't be able to ignore the support team at least right? Nope. They did just that and picked and chose which of my revision requests they wanted to do or wanted to still ignore. I tried asking a 3rd time and they just held onto my artwork for 3 days and returned it exactly as it was before. Up till then, I was trusting that the support team wanted to help address this situation and it was just the artists being lazy. But no, don't fall for their fake "i'm sorry for the inconvenience" or "we want to help" attitude. They're also extremely slow at responding. Pretty sure if I didn't check in with them, they would've ignored me completely. Anyways, I gave up at this point and just approved the artwork and thought as long as it printed well, that's all I could expect and be satisfied with. But nope, that didn't go well either. Both shoulders were cut off, good portion of the clothes were too, and my dog's face looked HUGE. I literally showed 5 others and asked them what they thought and NONE of them could genuinely say it looked nice. 1 even said "if you stand way back here, it looks okay." I contacted Crown & Paw again because they state if you're not satisfied with your product, to message them for a replacement. I also paid $130 for this, so I wanted to, rightfully, get my money's worth. After I first reached out, they tried acting dumb and asked if I wanted the entire artwork to show on the canvas. (Like of course, I want the whole thing to show; that's what I paid for.) And if they did so, the sides of the canvas would be black. They asked me to confirm and would wait for my reply. I replied 30 minutes later and asked if more of the background and clothes could be factored in so that those extra parts could be wrapped instead of the sides of the canvas being black. If you know how canvases work, it would look very tacky and cheap otherwise. And I know more of the background/clothes existed because if you look at their reviews on their website, it shows. They are VERY inconsistent with their prints. NEVER got a reply from them. I did message their Instagram instead as I found they're most responsive there. It took me reiterating what I asked above 4-5 times before someone said they'd ask their fulfillment team, which they said they said it'd be ok. Throughout this, they either wouldn't reply or act dumb and just "thank you for your patience" with heart emoticons attached. I just received my replacement and they lied about being able to do what I asked about having more of the background being factored in. They included the entire artwork but all the sides of the canvases are black. It looks extremely cheap and tacky (as I expected). Oh and mind you, they didn't even process and ship my replacement until I tried messaging them about an update. Pretty obvious they were expecting me to forget about it so they wouldn't have to. I know I could contacted them again about correcting this. But I gave them 4+ chances over WEEKS to help, and they clearly do not care. Each time you message them, it's someone new helping you too. Honestly wouldn't be surprised if they're the same few people just pretending to be different people when they reply to you. Literally the worst customer service ever. I've purchased from other pet custom businesses before and never has it been this big of a headache and never has there been this much back and forth. I would express my disappointment in this whole process here and there, but never was I rude. I know being rude would lower your chances of someone wanting to help you, so I always minded what I said when I messaged them. I wasn't even planning on writing a bad review unless they messed up the replacement too. Which they did. In all, trust me when I say save your money and time and shop elsewhere. NOT worth $100+. Trust the bad reviews (saw many had a similar experience as I did). Unless your standards are low.
