The only thing preventing me of giving Crown & Paw 5 Stars is on my order (Coast Guard Officer) the name tag and ribbons were not moved when the angle of the head was different. (Name tags are below right shoulder and "fruit bowl" aka medals & ribbons go under the left shoulder). Also, I'd love to get one for myself of my dog named after a Goddess, yet I see nothing for a Goddess. Am I just over looking that one?

This was not my first order, so I knew somewhat how the process goes. The portrait I ordered was for a friend. I would like to see a “comments” space for additional instructions about the layout of the portrait. For example, could we adjust the portrait to face left or right. A “live chat” would be ideal.

Using mobile to place my order and upload pictures, if I took too long looking through a picture to use the site would refresh and remove any previously selected pictures. Possibly just my phone not allowing to run the page in the background for longer than 5 minutes, but I don't seem to have the issue on other pages/apps
