I was disappointed to receive a $45 small 'poster'. I'm not sure where I went wrong when ordering a 'canvas' and somehow ordered a poster. BUYER BE ALERT - if you want a canvas, make sure your receipt says canvas. They are only $10 more than the 'poster', which is just a printed photograph on photo paper. Image isn't great, but its 'art' for $50 so I can't complain too much. In the end, I guess I got what I ordered, but still unsure how I ended up with a poster when everything advertised states 'canvas'.

Ordering process was easy enough, so far its been alright. Waiting to see when I receive the product.

Slow service to process order and send approval art

So fun and easy! I don’t know why I didn’t do this sooner. I’m excited for my kitty cats to be immortalized as these charming characters. Edit: Christmas Day and I have nothing to show the intended gift recipient. I had to email customer service several times (there’s no phone number for customer service) to get a response as to why I hadn’t received an artists proof. When I received the reply, I was told artists hadn’t even finished to the point where I could show a digital proof to my recipient for Christmas. As you can see from my original post, I placed the order over two weeks ago. Very disappointed so far. I was considering cancelling the order but I’m very hopeful that whenever I ever receive my order, it will be adorable.

I have had no real issues. And I understand it is the Christmas season, so you are very busy, but I've need some quick responses to my order, that I'm not getting. I'm not sure how my dashboard works, but I only see one photo, when I downloaded two. I"m not sure if this is normal, and the only one approved is the only one that shows? That would be my only complaint, seeing how I want to fix the problem, before too much time goes by. Thank you

I can’t give a review until I see the finished product and see how long it takes to arrive to me.

Still waiting to see the picture of what I'm ordering....it's been over a week, even though I paid for quicker service.
