I ordered a picture for my friend and it was supposed to be here 11/13. It never showed up. I waited 2 days like the tracking statement said and sent an email to Crown and Paw when it didn’t show. I get shipping delays and all the Covid delays but I have sent 3 emails to customer service over the past 5 days and I haven’t had a single response. I have no idea where my picture is or what is happening. The tracking said it got to my state 11/13, but I don’t even know what office it went to or anything to call someone to track it down. Crown and paw doesn’t have a phone number so I am unable to contact them in any other way but email. Hopefully they see this and can help me figure it out because I’m irritated and sad that this awesome gift won’t get to me before my friends birthday now, if at all.

Please understand that this company is fake. They will do nothing to correct a mistake and will charge you money if you are unsatisfied. I asked twice to have a revision and was sent the exact same pic. Take business elsewhere.

I was excited to order a pillow and sent a picture, which was rejected. No problem, I sent 2 more. The reply was that they wouldn't work either. Let's try one more time. I sent several more. Nope. At this point I was so frustrated that I cancelled my order. I received a refund promptly. Won't be trying them out again.

I don’t know if I am getting the print. I have sent off my money and don’t know what is happening. I have a email saying we are not sending to your country. Now I am nervous. Also I keep receiving heaps of emails

I've had an issue with the order and have not been able to receive communication or any response for well over a week. VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have not been able to find my order # so I am unable to check the artwork (and I only have about 30 hours to check the artwork, or I’ll just have to accept what they send, ), because it’s part of the sign- in process. I have sent 5 emails and still have had NO response.😡

This rating is for the second order I made with Crown & Paw. I received the second order and the canvas was placed upside down from how the hanger on the backside is oriented. So, you can't hang the canvas unless you want it displayed upside down. I have sent emails and notes within my account and the lack of response or work being done to resolve the issue is very upsetting. The canvas was a birthday gift and now I have to go find something else, less personal, to give as a gift. I give a ZERO for the customer service I haven't received in dealing with this order.

Why am I being asked to review my experience when I have not yet even seen a mock up of my artwork?! Will be happy to write a review once I have actually had an experience (that is not simply waiting)
