My order still isn't ready for review despite waiting for a week (not counting the Thanksgiving holidays and weekends). The confirmation email had stated 2-3 days and I'm disappointed it's taking so long.

I'm still waiting to see if this is a scam, or if I'll actually receive my order. It's been a week and I haven't heard much. We will see. I wish there was better communication.

Sorry to ding you, but I didn't receive a confirmation of my order, just an email telling me my preview is coming soon with a like to my order status. When I click that it just goes to your website. I've received several emails asking me to but more things from you, but I can't even tell if my order has been received. This is really poor customer service. Every order should receive an order number and confirmation that it's in process with an expectation as to when I will be able to approve the picture and see the product. Please fix this!

I placed my order on the 26th and haven’t received the artwork to approve so I technically cannot review

Ordered a digital print 8 days ago and haven't heard anything since. I've tried to log in with my order but it says I don't exist. I've emailed customer service too, heard nothing. I'll change review if I get sorted.

I was offered a 10% coupon code for ordering but when i checked out it would not accept the code. False advertising for sure.
