I made a mistake on my order and I immediately (within minutes) sent emails to cancel 2 of the shirt orders. I still want the other one. I have yet to receive a reply and am very upset as this is $95 wasted if the order is not canceled and my visa charged.

I attempted several times to change the photo within my order and it would appear your email messaging system process is not connected to the ordering system. No one could connect the dots for me and process my change. I ended up approving what you had. Very frustrating

I’ve been emailing the company with a question on my order. No one will respond so that’s frustrating. I would like the order for a Christmas present.

I keep getting messages saying that I need to complete something, but not what. I've asked to be contacted, just get the same message. HELP ME!

I'm sketched out by your process. Also, you don't have any meaningful customer service. When I had a question, I submitted a form and had to wait for an email. I still have not gotten a response. I am very close to canceling. Would be great if you had people actually running your operation. If I don't hear back shortly, I probably will be canceling.

I ordered the wrong phone case tried to order the right one with my artwork on file and what a load of crap. Wanted me to start from scratch as if I had never ordered from you. When I finally found a way to use to artwork on file could no longer use the Black Friday sale code. I guess you folks only offer the discount to new customers not returning customers. Wont do business with you again!

I placed an order, and you took my money. I checked the Customer dashboard, and it said the order doesn’t exist. I emailed, and was asked to resend my pic. I sent again, and still nothing and no reply to email asking what the heck is going on.
