so far the experience has been fine. I haven't receive my proof to review yet which is a concern but they did contact me giving an approximate timeframe so I am expecting it anytime I hope.

I haven’t received a picture of the product yet.

I can’t track my order and I got an automated response that it would be ready in 4-6 weeks. Keeping the faith that it’s going to look fabulous though! I think that it would be more calming for me if I could view the process of what is happening with the picture rather than 4-6 weeks later it just shows up and I have no idea if you all even got my dogs picture 😅 That being said, still hopeful my pup girl will look like a cutie and can’t wait to see the end result. Thanks for your work and I know it’s stressful this time of year in the customer service world! Happy holidays 💫

The website is relatively easy to navigate for ordering. But after ordering I haven't been able to access my order information and while it says you can see previews of your order, I haven't seen any option to view mine.

The creating process was great! I was extremely excited until the order status is unclear on when it will be completed. That is the main downside.

So far so good... I’m still waiting for my picture to arrive. I’d rather complete a rating question once I’ve received my order.

I ordered the portrait on the 5th and still have not received a proof yet. I hope this arrives by Christmas. I paid extra for expedited shipping.

The ordering was easy. However image formats like HEIF or even TIFF is not supported. However my biggest gripe is that within 30 minutes of me placing an order, my _wife_ gets a facebook advert thanking for the order. In todays world privacy is of utmost importance and the blatant selling of customer data to greedy human privacy exploiters like facebook pretty much guarantees I will not order anymore even though the product might be superb. Limits to customer exploitation in the name of greed must be put in place.
