I ordered last Friday. Paid for expedited shipping. Have not yet got any email back to review the picture. It’s now been 7 days. I emailed two days ago with no response

I ordered a pet picture over a week ago... I haven’t heard anything back. I got an email saying someone would reach out to me to review picture but I have not gotten that email.

After six different revisions and explaining over and over that this is a large dog I am highly disappointed to have received my art today only for the hanging attachments to be backwards. For $100 I should not have had to work this hard

The website was easy to navigate and the purchase was made with no problems. But it’s now been almost two weeks since I’ve heard anything about my order, when it said I would hear about it in 2-3 days. Instead I’ve received an email everyday since my purchase about the same exact sale that’s been going on for the past 2 weeks.

I still haven't been contacted for an update after a week.

I placed the order a week a go and have not yet received the art preview, which the initial email said would come in a few days. I wouldn't have submitted a review yet, but I received an email asking me to do so . . .

Ordered prints 10 days ago and still have not received proofs even though email confirmation stated they would be sent in 3-4 days. Emailed customer service 2 days ago but no response from them yet. Excited to see the prints but worried they won’t arrive in time for Christmas. I wish I could rate the actual product at this time!

I placed my order two weeks ago, I didn’t chase or pester my preview as I assumed that they may be backlogged with Christmas. I checked my order dashboard and it repeatedly tells me that my order does not exist. I’ve sent and email and had no reply and o have just sent a second chasing this. If I have no response by Monday I will be left with no option but to seek a refund through PayPal.
