It's not worth the cost of the canvas print I purchased. The resolution for the 12x18in portrait was way too low. It may have been better on a much smaller size such as a phone case, or on something with a different texture like a pillow or blanket. Additionally, the PhotoShop work is poor as there is a halo around the pet's head that should've been erased. I can't recommend Crown&Paw given the results of my first order.

I received an email that my proof was ready. I did NOT approve the 1st proof. I responded to the email that the head looked too large for the body. I then received a 2nd email that the revised proof was ready. THAT ONE I approved. I ordered ONE canvass. I have received TWO and been charged TWICE! I have sent NUMEROUS emails and NO ONE has replied. I want the 1st charge refunded ASAP!

Prices were advertised one thing, and then cart and charge was another. It was absolutely impossible to get a hold of anyone so I ended up cancelling the order. Awful

Through checkout, I applied the BLACK FRIDAY discount code, which bought my order to $160 including free shipping and priority service. I elected to pay via PayPal for my own protection. Once logged into PayPal the order said $330, which I thought I would have a chance to rectify this before placing the order. But the order was immediately placed for a final total of $230, which included $70 shipping for 3 tshirts, 1 jumper and a pair of socks. Which is crazy. Still waiting to find out what on earth happened

I would give this business less than zero stars but that's not an option. Placing the order was easy. Charging my credit card was easy. Delivering any tangible products is a bit more challenging for them. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. IT IS A SHAM. most of the good reviews are likely bots so don't fall in the same trap I did.

I never received a follow up email giving me an order number. Now I can’t approve the artwork and they will send it to me regardless of whether or not I approve it
