It’s been almost a month since I ordered and the item hasn’t even shipped yet. Every other day I get emails about buying more stuff but I haven’t even got the one thing I have ordered yet. Not looking good for me to be a return customer.

I paid extra for my order to be expedited. One week later I have yet to receive any information regarding my order let alone a proof of the photos/artwork. I feel like I donated if money to this company as the extra payment isn’t providing me any benefit.At this point I don’t even know if my order will be received in time for Christmas.

Ordered my blanket with 2 pets on in on January 23rd and haven’t gotten my preview of what my pets will look in the final product. I can only review the website at this point; which has been easy to use. I understand everyone is slammed during the holidays and will rewrite a new review when my package arrives!!!

Not intuitive to figure out how the process works, and it is strange that you have to pay in full prior to receiving a proof. There should only be a 50% deposit until the proof is approved.

I was avoiding the review because I haven't seen the product yet. So far I'm a bit nervous because after placing my orders Dec 7th there is no indication my orders will be ready in time for Christmas. The responses I'm getting to my enquiries have been slow. I hope the execution is better than the communication and that I get to see the finished product in time for Xmas.

Waiting to see the finished product I appreciate companies wanting positive comments from happy customers but they need to wait for the ordered product to arrive. I ordered a portrait 11 days ago and I have yet to receive a proof of the portrait or confirmation that it has shipped. All of that is fine, of course, I realize it's close to Christmas and we're in the middle of a pandemic. However, I have received eight emails since I have placed my order; two asking me to write a review of a product I haven't even seen yet, two having to do with my order and four trying to sell me more products. Today's email was offering free shipping. So, you've asked me twice already for a review. My review and recommendation would be to have your email marketing team wait for a customer to get the product delivered before you ask me for a review. Right now, I'm evaluating customer service which has been focused on selling more and less on customer service.
