I was told that the artwork would be available for preview within 5-6 days of ordering. It is now 8 days and per the crown and paw website the item hasn't even been "sent to artist"... Will an order placed 11/28 be able to make Christmas? Who knows at this point...

At first we had trouble when trying to upload our photos.. we were finally able to but have yet to see the photo we ordered, so we can't comment on how the final product may look at this time. We look forward to seeing it!

My experience was average for the most part using the search features and looking through options. It is hard to fully imagine how the end product will look so even though I am excited it is still a gamble. So going in to check out knowing the end product is a slight gamble I was disappointed to experience within the span of 1-2 mins of checking out shipping costs went from $0 free to $10 — no explanation, feels like a bit of a scam to show free shipping and then sub to charge $10-19 for minimum shipping options. Hopefully this product is worth it!

The product is very funny and a good idea. The email I received with the preview the picture looked great but when I received the picture it was a little blurry not really that satisfied with it

It’s been over a week since I placed my order. I still have not received the art to approve, I have emailed since I cannot call anyone, and no response.

It takes way too long for the artwork to arrive to the artist

I ordered our print on Black Friday and still have not received the confirmation picture when in the email it says 5-6 days. I’m worried it won’t be here in time for Christmas since it’s a gift to my parents! I understand it’s busy but some sort of update would be nice. I was referred to crown and paw through a friend and only heard amazing things and I’m really excited to see the print I ordered! Just getting impatient I guess! Still excited nonetheless.
